1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Birmingham Car Hire Ltd ("BCH") services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age requirements vary by vehicle (typically 21-27+)
• Valid UK driving license held for minimum 2 years
• Maximum 6 penalty points on driving license
• Security deposit required on all vehicle hires
• Proof of address may be required

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due before vehicle collection
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for delivery, excess mileage, or late returns

4. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be driven by the named hirer
• No smoking in any vehicle
• No racing, track use, or reckless driving
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes
• Vehicles must not leave the UK without prior written consent

5. Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included with all hires. However, an excess applies in the event of damage or accident. Full details will be provided in your hire agreement.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before hire: Full refund (minus admin fee)
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of hire cost
• No-shows: Full hire cost forfeited

7. Liability

BCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the hire agreement.
